FluidCare Testing

FluidCare Offshore is a system of regular monitoring of fluids and providing performance trend analysis to ensure peak performance and to avoid costly downtime.

Samples are sent to Houghton, tested, and a report is sent to the customer highlighting the variables tested such as viscosity, pH, surface oil, sediment, dirt. The major variables are graphed against previous test results to compare fluid performance. Corrective action to be taken, if required, is also reported.

Also available is a range of test kits for onsite testing of pH, concentration and viscosity.

Remember frequent 3 month testing of fluids can help to eliminate costly downtime or poor operating performance of offshore fluids.
